Before you can cast a ballot in the November 4, 2025 City Council election, you must be a registered voter in Orem. You can register online at Vote.Utah.gov, by mail (your form must be received by October 24, 2025), or in person at any Utah County vote center up through Election Day (bring proof of identity and residency to vote provisionally)

Utah County mails ballots automatically to nearly all registered voters about three weeks before Election Day. Watch your mailbox in mid-October for your official ballot packet—including candidate information, instructions, and a prepaid return envelope
return your vote or vote in person
Mark your choices, sign and date your ballot, then return it either by mail (postmarked by November 3, 2025), in a secure drop box, or in person at any vote center on November 4 (open 7 AM–8 PM). You may also vote early in person at the Utah County Elections Office beginning October 20 through October 31, 8 AM–5 PM
